Every September, thousands of Pikes Peak region residents walk through brand-new homes during the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes, looking for design ideas, comparing builders, and picturing what their own next home could look like. This year, City Glass Company has been named an Official Trade Partner of the 2026 Parade of Homes, recognizing our work alongside several of the builders whose homes will be featured. What Is the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes?
The Parade of Homes is an annual event hosted by the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs (HBA), and it’s one of the longest-running home tours in the country. The 2026 Parade runs September 11 through September 27, with homes open Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (closed Mondays and Tuesdays). Tickets are $18 for anyone 16 and older, and kids 15 and under get in free. Homes are scattered across El Paso County, giving attendees a firsthand look at what local builders, designers, and trade partners are creating right now, from move-up floor plans to high-end custom builds.
